Therapist

My Approach

My interest in counselling developed through a strong curiosity about human behaviour and a desire to support individuals in understanding their experiences.

I work using a pluralistic approach, meaning I adapt different methods depending on what works best for each client. This allows sessions to remain flexible, collaborative, and focused on your individual needs.

I aim to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, develop self-awareness, and build resilience over time.
